  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or protective wrapping.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Initiated Within 30 Days: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

📝 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item(s):

  1. Step 1 — Contact Us: Email our support team at hitianstore@163.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return authorization.
  2. Step 2 — Receive Return Label: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Step 3 — Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original materials. Attach the return label and ship the package within 7 days of receiving authorization.
  4. Step 4 — Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
💡 Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking.

💵 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

📉 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging (not due to our error), or signs of use. The deduction amount will be communicated before processing.

🎁 Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return.

We offer exchanges for different sets , We will refund or request payment of the price difference depending on the situation

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and exchange request.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • If the desired replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges due to our error are covered by us. For customer preference exchanges, standard return shipping fees apply.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your case:

  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, including all shipping charges.
📸 Photo Evidence Required: Please keep all original packaging materials, as we may need photos of the external packaging to file claims with our shipping partners.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel:

  • Email us immediately at hitianstore@163.com with "CANCEL" and your order number in the subject line.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process upon delivery.
  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
