Order Processing Time
All orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are picked and packed within 1–5 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Customs policies vary widely; we cannot predict the exact fees. Please consult your local customs office before ordering.
- If a package is returned or destroyed due to refusal to pay customs fees, related costs will be deducted from any refund.
- In order to reduce customer payment of customs duties, we usually declare at 1KG/10USD. If you need to declare truthfully, please contact us.

- Address Accuracy:Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you need to modify an address before dispatch.
- Remote Area Surcharges:Some remote regions (islands, border areas) may incur additional fees. We will notify you proactively before shipping.
- Force Majeure:Delays caused by weather, customs inspections, strikes, or other uncontrollable events are regrettable but beyond our control. We will assist in monitoring the shipment status.
Package Protection & Issue Resolution
We value your shopping experience. If an issue arises during transit, please follow the guidelines below:
📦 Lost Packages
If tracking information has not updated for over 15 business days (20 days for Standard Economy), please contact us. Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment or full refund.
📦 Damaged Packages
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If severely damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. For damage discovered after acceptance, please provide photo evidence within 48 hours.
For return addresses and procedures, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I change my shipping address? You may request an address change before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Once the package is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
- Can you combine multiple orders? If multiple orders share the same recipient address and haven't been processed yet, we can attempt to combine them. Please contact support with your order numbers.
- Are there delays during holidays? Yes, during Chinese New Year and the global year-end holiday season, logistics may extend by 3–7 business days.
- Do you support cash on delivery (COD)? Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online.
